Dung Beetles

• All dung beetles belong to a superfamily of beetles called scarabaeoidea (a family of over 35,000 species and beetles, but is evergrowing and increases by about 200 species per year), and all though not all scarabs are dung beetles, all dung beetles are scarabs.
